Passionate, caring, zealous, and eager are just a few words to describe the character and personality of our first lady. Lady Sharon Tucker LeaSure is an anointed woman of God. She serves fervently and faithfully in the role as Pastor LeaSure’s helpmeet, prayer partner and co-laborer of the Gospel. Lady Sharon loves to work behind the scenes in ministry, but doesn’t mind being out front while working for the Lord. She loves ministry and loves doing what it takes to build ministries and unite individuals in the body of Christ.

She was very instrumental in the launching and planting of New Genesis Christian Church, sometimes serving as her husband’s extra eyes and ears in the ministry. She has always believed that God wanted her to do more in regards to ministry. With this desire to promote ministry, she is enthusiastically guiding the initiation of ministries at New Genesis Christian Church. Lady Sharon fulfills many roles, including being a dedicated wife, committed first lady and caring, compassionate nurse, all while being an amazing mother and nurturer to two beautiful girls.

Lady Sharon has a special place in her heart for the youth, and she continues to inspire and lead youth in the ministry toward fulfilling their God-given purpose and exercising their gifts in the up-building of God’s Kingdom. She has been especially influential in mentoring young ladies in search of positive role models in their lives. Lady Sharon consistently extends her kindheartedness and wisdom as she counsels and encourages those in despair.

Lady Sharon's devoted and steadfast spirit has given her the stamina to continue her career and fulfill the need of providing holistic care of the mind, body, and soul. Sharon’s caring spirit was ignited at an early age as she cared for her ailing aunt. During this time, she accepted the call to serve as a caregiver at a very young age, and she has been serving as a registered nurse for the past fourteen years. Lady Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Memphis Loewenberg School of Nursing in 2001. She also received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center to become a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Lady Sharon utilizes her passionate spirit to serve as a caregiver even in the ministries of Church. She has been instrumental in promoting Health and Wellness in the community and instituting the Health Ministry of New Genesis Christian Church. Our First Lady epitomizes the virtuous woman of the book of Proverbs - full of wisdom, strong, and hardworking - but most importantly she fears the Lord.
